We have been collecting jewellery ourselves for nearly 40 years and always try to seek out the unusual and unique pieces from many years ago which have so much more character than the mass produced items of today.
It is as important to us as we are sure it is to you to find the best we can at a price we can afford, with the hope that our collection will increase in value in the future. One of the reasons we focus on antique jewellery with a past is that it can represent a sensible investment as the price of gold has increased and this means that many older items have now been melted down and the availability has decreased. Like any basic supply and demand model this means that the price will continue to increase and collectors and dealers such as ourselves and international suppliers of estate jewellery such as ADH Gems will benefit in the long run.
